Package IV of the Kanpur Outer Ring Road spans 24.559 km on the southern fringes of Kanpur city, connecting Khudhgaon (Design Ch. 68.650) to Pakri/Sachendi (Design Ch. 93.209). RCL was awarded this EPC contract at ₹547.67 Cr as the lowest bidder.
This segment completes the southern arc of the 93.2 km ring, linking eastern and western parts of the city bypass. Ground levelling work has been completed and structural works are progressing across the corridor.
The six-lane access-controlled highway will integrate with NH-19 at Sachendi village, forming a complete orbital route around Kanpur.
