Project Scope
The Hardoi Package-2A project involves improvement and upgradation of the existing NH-731 corridor to four lanes with paved shoulders over a 34.9 km stretch from km 88.750 to km 123.650 in Uttar Pradesh. Executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), this is one of three packages forming the NH-731 four-laning program through Hardoi district.
RCL's scope includes widening existing carriageway, constructing new pavement layers, bridges, culverts, and highway furniture. HAM structure ensures NHAI annuity payments post-construction while RCL manages execution risk during the build phase.
At 80% completion, this is among RCL's most advanced active highway projects.
