Hardoi Package-2B covers the longest segment of the NH-731 four-laning program — 51.4 km from km 123.650 to km 175.080 through Hardoi district. Executed on HAM basis at ₹659.87 Cr, this project continues the corridor improvement initiated in Package 2A.

The scope includes four-lane carriageway with paved shoulders, structural works, and complete highway furniture. At 70% completion, pavement and bridge works are in advanced stages across the corridor.
